Use containment underwear for the hips, waist and breasts. The perfect look starts with a good foundation, choose the one that meets your needs. Be able to forgo the fashion of the year if it comes to wearing too short or tight-fitting clothes. The woman is more interesting if she does not show all her forms.

 

Use heels ! If it is difficult for you to find the right dress then focus on the right shoe! Colorful, high, trendy and super designer heels. In addition to giving class to your outfit, it will also give you a few more centimeters that nobody minds. Do not buy clothing in smaller sizes thinking that you will lose weight in the future. Live in the present! Love yourself and your body because this is the first rule to be loved by others.

Another important tip is to pamper your body: book massages, do the spa and relax. Use make-up to emphasize eyes and lips, because beauty is not only in your body. If you can't find a style that suits you look back in the past, remember the chubby women of the 1950s who wore polka dots and printed dresses.
